Sikkim’s First MRI Facility at CGHS Rates Inaugurated at STNM Hospital
In a major milestone for public healthcare in Sikkim, Shri G.T. Dhungel, Hon’ble Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Sikkim , in partnership with Time Medical International Ventures (India) Private Limited (TM India), inaugurated the State's first MRI facility offering diagnostic scans at Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) rates at the TB Unit, Sir Thutob Namgyal Memorial (STNM) Hospital, Gangtok. The event was presided over by Dr. Ruth Yonzon, Medical Superintendent, STNM Hospital, and attended by local MLAs, senior officials from the Health Department, and representatives from TM India (Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company).
